Day Tours & Activities:

  • Cancel anytime up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour/activity.

Multi-Day Tours & Activities:

  • No cancellation charges if cancelled 15 days before departure.
  • 50% cancellation charges if cancelled 7 days before departure.
  • No refund if cancelled within 7 days of departure.
  • Flight and hotel cancellation charges depend on the respective hotel/airline cancellation policies.
