Description

This exclusively designed half-day tour will start with your driver picking you up from your hotel at 8:30 in the morning. After getting briefed about the tour, drive towards Raneh Waterfalls. It is 20 km from Khajuraho, from the place of starting point to Ken Gharial Sanctuary. Named after the erstwhile ruler of the region, King Rane Pratap is a breathtaking natural waterfall. Situated on Ken River this magnificent waterfalls are actually 30 meters grand canyon formed of five different crystalline granite in red, green, white, pink, and grey. It is the only place in all of Asia with five different colored granite canyon formations in a single place. Raneh Waterfalls is an actual treat for your eyes and your camera lenses.


Later, move to visit the group of 25 temples of UNESCO World Heritage at Khajuraho. The lifeline of the trip. This historical sandstone abounds buildings that picture sex and sexuality in its carvings all over. Its construction is dated back to the 10th century with architectural symbolism of the Nagara style. Dedicated to Hinduism and Jainism, this cluster of temples is the perfection of art and architecture with the best description of love, passion, human imagination, history, and heritage. 


At the end of the tour, your driver will drop you back at your hotel.

Raneh Waterfalls, inolvidable!

En mi reciente viaje a la Índia quería visitar el Panna Reserve National Park pero estaba cerrado por época de monzones, así que Viaje de Alma me organizó una visita a las impresionantes cascadas de Raneh. No solo disfrutamos del paisaje (un paraíso para geólogos por sus formaciones rocosas) sino que también vimos animales en su habitat natural: gacelas, monos, pavos reales, ..... Fue un tour fantástico y para los amantes de la naturaleza poneros en contacto con Viaje de Alma, os organizarán una visita perfecta incluso durante el monzón!
