A great tour of Old Delhi! Pros: - Nikhil was a great guide! He showed us not only the standard sites, but some of the interesting alleyways and off-the-beaten-path places. He adapted to our interests and was great! Knew the history, explained the culture, and was enjoyable! - The tour encompasses a few major sites and street markets. A good mix of the imposing historical places and current street markets and spice market. - Enjoyed the spice merchants and the alleyways where the wholesalers package items. Fun riding the rickshaw. - Nikhil had a great recommendation for lunch as well. Cons: - If you've seen the major sites in another tour, about a third of this tour could be a repeat. Just let the guide know what you've already seen. (We revisited one site, and Nikhil's commentary added to the history the previous guide had relayed, so it wasn't repetitive.) - Communication from the tour operator was minimal. Other tours gave details via WhatsApp, informed us in advance of the driver and guide, etc. This one had none of that. But the tour was fine. Just don't expect details in advance. Summary: One of my favorite tours in Delhi.

Top way to visit the parts of Old Delhi you weren't game to do alone. The tour started right on time. Surprisingly, a car was provided to get us to the places. Many roads around the Red Fort were closed in preparation for Independence Day. My guide was able to navigate this, and we spent time at the large mosque and then ventured into another world by rickshaw through the old market. The colours, the smells, the photos and the memories. My guide Gaurav Giri did a fabulous job explaining it all. Above all, the tour was lots of fun!

Enjoyable, Interesting and Changed my view on Delhi

We just had afternoon and evening to spend in new dehli. We had a private tour with them and our guide Anshul was very good and we could see as much as possible ! Thank you again it was a pleasure visiting with you and I really recommend these people

the guide was more concerned with taking us to the stores where of course they acquire a commission for sale, to the places where we directly asked him (hence we got a fantastic tour of almost 50 minutes by car to return to the bazaar to the one that really We ask to go first). It is not exactly an economical excursion, and the services are not up to par. The super friendly and helpful driver, we left the guide at the subway station and he took us to the bazaar and from there we went straight to the hotel.

We had a few specific places we wanted to see Humayun's Tomb, Akshardam Temple, Agrasen di Baoli, lunch at Moti Mahal and some clothes shopping with whatever time left over for my fiancee. Our guide gave a nice background on the sites we visited and answered several of my questions along the way. Although pictures are not allowed inside Akshardam Temple I would still consider it a must stop in New Delhi. Of modern architecture I have not seen anything that compares to it. Moti Mahal, the creators of Butter Chicken, was absolutely delicious. The only problem we had with most restaurant stops was requesting spicy, but being foreigners receiving less spicy food from the restaurants. Moti Mahal was no exception. Still...delicous. The only negative thing I have to say was the shopping. There are several cheap places to buy clothes around New Delhi, but we were taken to a linen store that pays out commission to tour guides and was frankly overpriced on all their items.

My son & dad enjoyed the whole day private tour visiting the monuments in Delhi. The guide, Naveen was very friendly and showed all the places as per the plan mentioned. Also, chauffeur was very helpful. On time pick up and drop. Lunch was arranged by the guide in a very good hotel. Much appreciated by my dad! Overall happy times!!

On our business trip to India, we had that weekend in Delhi for some activities. We are glad to had that amazing tour with our guide Rishi. He has well knowledge about everything you might want to know about the history or present Delhi and everything beyond. He is engaged, smart and we felt safe among the whole tour. Afterwards you can say Delhi, especially Old Delhi is an open hearted, colorful city that spoils your nose with neverhad scents. On our list was in order of visitation Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, Red Fort, to the alleys of Chandni Chowk to Jama Masjid and a small Sikh Temple, Khari Baoli Spice Market, Agrasen Ki Baoli, India Gate.

Our tour guide Mona was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the places we wanted to see & also suggested places we didn’t even know about! A great day of sightseeing in Delhi!

Ideal for all short vacationers in Delhi

We have received confirmation from you that we are receiving a German-speaking guide. We can understand some things in English, but not enough to understand such a tour. The chauffeur of the day was absolutely fine. The tour guide didn't. Firstly, he was ripping his stories at a rapid pace and secondly, we were deliberately bothered by presumptuous photographers, on purpose. Parking in a gallery was nothing more than a sales strategy. All in all the price / performance ratio was not right on this tour.

We had an amazing day exploring the best of Delhi. Rishi was our guide and he’s experience and kindness were fantastic. Everything was perfect and more than we expected. Love this city!!

Guide très sympathique

This tour is perfect if you want to make your own plan. The knowledge of Deepak (the guide) was excellent. You tell them what you like to see and do and you will do exactly that. I was interested in photography and everything we did was planned so we could take the best photo with the sunrise and sunset. Extremely friendly helpful and safe. Highly recommended.

Amazing day in Delhi touring temples, market, ruins at Qutub Minar and fabulous Swaminarayan Akshardham! Guide Suraj Jha with Loco Aventura Travel was a great source and quickly designed a bespoke tour, including amazing food for lunch. Would clearly recommend to others!

Great tour of Delhi. Requested certain places to visit beforehand and they were incorporated into the day. Would recommend to first time visitors. Deepak was a good host. Arrived on time to pickup from the hotel and also dropped of after the tour. Picked a place for lunch, good food and reasonable cost. (You pay for lunch)

On our first day in India, Deepak and his driver were wonderful! Deepak got us to and from our hotel and to each of the places we asked to visit in an easy and informative way. It was a great day!
