Cancellation by Customer:

• 24 Hours or More Before Tour/Activity Start: Full refund.
• Less Than 24 Hours Before Tour/Activity Start: No refund.

Cancellation by Go City Adventures:

• In the event of cancellation by Go City Adventures due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour/activity.
• No-Show Policy:
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

Multi-Day Tours and Activities:

Cancellation by Customer:

• 14 Days or More Before Tour/Activity Start: Full refund.
• 7-13 Days Before Tour/Activity Start: 50% refund of the total amount booked.
• 6 Days or Less Before Tour/Activity Start: No refund.

Cancellation by Go City Adventures:

• In the event of cancellation by Go City Adventures due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour/activity.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
