Terms And Conditions
1. General Terms:
By booking a tour or activity with Go City Adventures, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all bookings made with Go City Adventures.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Day Tours & Activities:Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour/activity will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour/activity.
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the departure date will incur no cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date.
- Flight and hotel cancellation charges will be subject to the respective airline and hotel policies.
3. Privacy Policy:
Go City Adventures is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with our privacy policy and data protection legislation.

4. Travel Insurance Policy:
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal accidents, and other travel-related risks. Go City Adventures is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate travel insurance.
5. Payment Terms:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for all tours and activities.
- We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and online payment gateways.
- All payments are processed securely, and your payment information is protected.
6. Force Majeure:
Go City Adventures shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. In such circumstances, no refunds will be issued, but we will work with you to reschedule your tour or activity.
7. Tour Modifications:
Go City Adventures reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour or activity due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other operational requirements.
In the event of a significant modification or cancellation, customers will be offered an alternative tour/activity of equal value or a full refund.
Minor modifications to itineraries, such as changes in the order of activities or substitution of similar activities, will not be eligible for refunds.
8. Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- In case of partial refunds, the amount will be calculated based on the cancellation policy and any applicable charges.

12. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
